| Renting There is an initial fee of $25.00 to set up your Estate. The fee is non-refundable. If you pay with a credit or debit card, your account will be raised to Premium level and you will be charged an additional $5.00 per month. If you pay using PayPal, you will be asked to set up a separate PayPal Subscription for $5.00 per month. Your account will also be raised to Premium account level. ONLY ONE ESTATE PER ACCOUNT PLEASE!! Terms of Service While you do get to pick which area your locale will be in (Mall, Arcade, Estates or Theme Estates), the actual location within that area will be determined by staff. We cannot guarantee that your locale will be located between two other locales of your choice, or on a specific street, etc. Name Changes The name of your Estate will be the name of your avatar. If you change your avatar name, we will change your Estate name. However, excessive name changing is not allowed. Leaving World If, for some reason, you cancel your account, your Estate will be kept in a "holding" area for 90 days, and the door to the turf will be unlinked immediately. Should you return within that period of time, you will need to contact support for authorization for the Estate to be returned to you. After 90 days, the Estate will be deleted and all items in it will also be deleted from our database. Renters Rights - Parkers If a renter discovers someone parked in "their" Estate they can request that the parker be ghosted. Only the person whose name is on the locale can request that parked avatars be ghosted. Renters Rights - Items on the Ground If you put something on the ground, even though it is in your Estate, it is still fair game for anyone who wants to pick it up. It is only "safe" if it has been glued down by staff. |

As
a Premium Account holder, you get a public locale where you can receive
visits from any avatar, even when you are not inworld. You choose from
9 different models, and five locations. Use your Estate as a store, a
game room, a lounge or whatever you wish.
You can furnish your Estate with your own furniture and a staff member
will glue them in place, anywhere you wish. You can color the Estate,
change the overall look, and more.
You can purchase a wide range of Service Permits: Paint, Glue, Curb, Package,
Moving and Door. You use these Service Permits to make changes to your
Estate.
